Pentillie Castle is licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships in a variety of spectacular indoor and outdoor locations.
There are 3 main reception rooms that vary in size, from the Morning Room which would suit an intimate ceremony of 20, to the Loggia where up to 200 guests can witness your ceremony.
The romantic Bathing Hut on the banks of the River Tamar is also available for weddings (max. 60 seated). Not only is this venue truly unique, it also holds a magical and intimate appeal that you will never forget.
If you have booked the Castle for the entire weekend, we make no extra charge for you to hold your ceremony at Pentillie Castle, although you do need to organise and pay the registrar separately. We can provide up to 80 chairs for the ceremony, and can arrange chair covers if desired.
If you are looking to have your ceremony only at Pentillie Castle, with your reception elsewhere, this can be accommodated on weekdays and within 3 months of the chosen date subject to availability.
