The Coryton Family…

The Coryton family (pictured below) inherited the estate in 2008, whereby they undertook a massive restoration project to make Pentillie what it is today, featuring on The Country House Rescue (Series 1) along the way. The Castle doors opened in May 2009 and has since won many honourable awards, becoming a leading venue in the South West.

The work that’s gone into this magnificent Estate over the past few years, means it’s once more a destination worthy of its grand reputation, and will be for years to come. The Coryton family run Pentillie with a small but passionate team, who take enormous pride in what they do.
