Located in the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Pentillie is situated on the border of Cornwall and Devon – just 5 minutes from the A38, it’s the perfect place from which to explore both of these fabulous counties.
The north and south coasts of Cornwall and Devon are within easy reach, as are many great gardens, including the famous Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project, as well as many spectacular but less well-known National Trust and private gardens. The National Parks of Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are close by and form the backdrop to many of our favourite walks.
Although Pentillie sits in silent countryside just outside the village of Landulph, the historical Ocean City of Plymouth is only 20 minutes by car. There are many marinas nearby and there is a mooring just a short tender ride from Pentillie’s own quay if you fancy arriving by boat!
