‘Eat the Seasons’ Saturday 30th April Menu

Celebrating the very best local produce, much of it from the Pentillie estate.
We invite you to join us for the first of our ‘Eat the Seasons’ dinners on Saturday 30th April.
Non-residents very welcome.

Preserved from sunnier days our own Elderflower Cordial and our favourite Italian Fizz


Gevrik on Toast, Wild Garlic Pesto
Gevrik goats cheese from Trevarrian with wild garlic from the estate

 To Start

Scallop Carpaccio
Cornish Scallops marinated in preserved lemons

To Follow

Herb Roasted Lamb Rump, Fondant New Potatoes, Sprouting Broccoli, Nettle Gremolata
Cornish Early Summer Lamb Supplied by Phillip Warren Butchers with herbs and nettles foraged from the estate (carefully!), new potatoes cooked in Cornish butter

To Finish

Rhubarb and Custard
Coming to the end its season, a fond farewell to a winter favorite!
