Dinner in the Castle

Enjoy a unique dining experience in our beautiful Castle, overlooking the River Tamar, this August.

Dinner is priced at £35.00 per person and includes canapes on arrival, a delicious 3 course dinner and coffee with petit fours to finish. We also have a great wine list for you to choose from!

Our Head Chef, Tom and his team, use the very best of our local and seasonal produce, much from the Tamar Valley and the Pentillie Estate itself, and have created a bespoke menu for the month:

Looe Bay Ceviche (gf)
coconut, summer vegetables, tomato gel

 Summer Vegetable Minestrone (v)
basil pesto and orzo pasta

 Caesar Salad
baby gem, anchovies, parmesan crisp, panko quail egg, smoked bacon crumb

Butter Poached Lemon Sole (gf)
preserved lemon quinoa, salt baked celeriac, salsa verde

 Tarka Dal (v, gf)
cauliflower steak, spinach pakora, raita

 Duo of Corn-Fed Chicken (gf)
glazed summer vegetables, chicken broth, crispy leeks

Greek yoghurt, Prosecco & vanilla

 Port Roasted Figs
Set crème fraiche custard, lemon beignets & pistachio

 Textures of Coffee & Chocolate

Reservations are available on each date between 6.45pm and 8.15pm, with a deposit of £10 per person required to secure your booking.
