Let Phillip Burgess and his team of Chefs take you on a 6 course gastronomic adventure in the beautiful surroundings of our riverside Bathing Hut.



Scallop – Lobster – Coconut – Curry

Chalk Stream Trout Sashimi – Ginger Relish – Wasabi

Tomatoes – Sardine – Salsa Verde – Oyster Leaf

Mussels – Charred Sourdough – Fries


The menu is priced at £65 per person to include drinks, which will be carefully chosen to match each course.

If you would like to make a night of it why not book one of our award winning luxury bedrooms in the Castle. Or if you would like to explore the gardens before dinner, you are welcome to arrive from 5pm.
