Pentillie Castle have once again teamed up with The Dartmoor Inn, to host a series of ‘Wild Suppers’.

Let Phillip Burgess and his team of chefs take you on a 6 course gastronomic adventure in the rustic surroundings of the Pentillie Sawmill.

Carefully chosen drinks will be matched to each course.



Raw Thai Beef Tartare

Chicken Dumplings – Shiitake Kombu Broth – Wild Garlic

Rump of lamb – Kebab – Puree  – Nasturtium

Asparagus – Crispy Egg – Herbs –  Flowers – Parmesan

BBQ Glazed Pork Belly – Black Pudding & Pistachio Sausage – Pork Pie

Cornish Yoghurt – Rhubarb – Hazelnut – White Chocolate


£65 per person

Arrival 7.00pm at the castle, for a short walk to the Sawmill

Due to the nature of the surroundings please do bring an extra layer with you, and wear sensible footwear.
