Sunday 17th May 2026 from 11am to 5pm in aid of Dementia Support Cornwall & Isles of Scilly, provided by Alzheimer’s Society
Looking for things to do in Cornwall during spring? Join us to explore Pentillie’s open gardens! From winding woodland walks, colourful borders, and riverside spots made famous by Beyond Paradise, our historic gardens make for a great afternoon.
Kids can let off steam with garden games on the lawn, while grown-ups soak up the scenery and seasonal blooms. A perfect day out for families and garden enthusiasts alike, all in support of a worth charity.

We’re proud to support our local Alzheimer’s Society branch, making a real difference across Cornwall.
With nearly 10,000 people living with dementia in the county, and only 7 dedicated Dementia Advisers, access to expert support is more vital than ever.
This incredible service offers practical dementia advice, emotional guidance, and local resources to anyone affected. Whether you're living with dementia, waiting on a diagnosis, or caring for a loved one, their work brings comfort, clarity, and connection when it matters most.

Pop-up Castle Café
A selection of delicious cakes, light lunches and refreshments will be available inside the Castle’s Dining Room from 12 noon until 4pm on the day. The perfect treat for a sunny garden picnic or to enjoy after your walk!
Tickets & Entry:
Tickets for the Garden Open Day will be available online soon. All proceeds raised via the garden entry fee will go directly to the charity.
Free entry for 2026 Friends of Pentillie members, under 16’s and all dogs (welcome on short leads)
