Whilst Pentillie Castle is predominantly a private hire venue, we are delighted to offer the day hire of the Castle Dining Room, the riverside Bathing Hut and the Castle’s adjoining corporate spaces; The Clock Tower and Repton Room. Whether you are looking to host a group lunch or afternoon tea, to celebrate a christening or wake, or to secure that all important business deal, you can do so in the beautiful surrounds of Pentillie.
The Dining Room
In the heart of the Castle, our elegant Dining Room boasts far-reaching views across the Tamar Valley and opens onto the beautiful garden terraces, providing a spectacular setting for group lunches, afternoon teas, award presentations and product launches.

The Bathing Hut
Our Victorian Bathing Hut sits on the banks of the River Tamar, offering a beautifully located alternative for wedding ceremonies (both licensed and celebrant led), christenings and funerals. Traditionally laid with pews seating up to 60 guests, the space can be cleared to allow small exhibitions and pop-up art galleries. The Clock Tower and Repton Room
The Castle’s adjoining conference rooms provide a unique change from the office environment and also a great space for exercise classes, training courses, and arts and crafts. We can also offer a range of team building activities to add to your dynamic itinerary .
The Clock Tower
A quiet space with an informal seating area and views across the River Tamar. Perfect for a small boardroom conference, seating up to 10 guests with additional soft seating for 6 guests.
Repton Room
A neutral blank canvas, free from distractions and easily accessible for wheelchair users and pushchairs alike. The wooden effect lino flooring (which also features adjustable underfloor heating) provides the diversity for exercise classes, business meetings and even arts and craft workshops.

Half day hire (1 room) from £225
Full day hire (1 room) from £350
Prices include tea and coffee on arrival, Pentillie still and sparkling water, and equipment hire (pens, paper, flipchart, projector and screen).
